I've never seen a nigga hate on a game that is -180 days old as much as welt hates SFV.
I've never seen a nigga hate on a game that is -180 days old as much as welt hates SFV.
Someone at Capcom has an ass fetish.
edit: Not that it hurts my feelings any, of course. But between R. Mika and Cammy? Someone is having a field day over there.
"This sucks because it's different" mentality, exacerbated by the fact that you have to start a learning curve all over again, causing a slight "skill reset" among high level players.
Capcom has always been all about the butts. Look at everything Resident Evil.
speaking of the booty..

Dieminion just been sayin the same shit I said way before: SF5 is boring ass game. It doesn't take a pro or an OG to see this shit. It's clear to me since day 1 that they were trying to mold this game in the same as SF3, minus the parrying.
I'm pretty sure I'm 100% correct in my prediction that this game is going to turn into a mindless rush down fest, much like 3s.
lmao @ the weak ass excuse that we've only seen half the roster. Wtf you think going to happen? They introduce half the roster that all PLAY THE EXACT SAME WAY, then all a sudden they going to release the second half of the roster that won't play by the game system mechanics and go complete 180? LMAO gtfo. This game is so much like 3s, in which the mechanics FORCES you to play only ONE way.
This the reason why I'e said SF5 is shaping up to be a snore, and why Dieminion feels like he's mastered that shit already: because the game has exactly one play style. This is why it seems so quick to master.
This is a modern day 3s. And as I've established, 3s is a terrible game that attracts terrible players. Ain't no surprise, Capcom have been saying they're making this game to cater to filthy, untouchable, harijan, bottom of the barrel, talentless casuals.
You're a fucking moron for thinking they all play the same way when so far, all the characters have their own style. You and Welt need to go get in bed and suck each other's dicks for how hard you're hating on this game.
SF4 was garbage anime tier bad when it was first released, people thought they had it figured out with level 3 focuses being mix-ups and bullshit. Get the fuck out.
I don't give a shit what Dieminion or anybody says. The game ain't out. The game' still going through developmental stages, but by all means if you think you can go make a better fighter, get on it and share with us later.
Then again, you'll probably be too busy sucking Sleep Fighter IV's dick too much to really do that, now won't you :^)
you seem awfully mayyad. You've admitted yourself to be a filthy, untouchable, harijan casual, so why even bother trying to discuss SF with a someone who knows SF inside out like myself? Like why are you even here talking physics with Michio Kaku, my nikka?
You don't even know the meaning of style lmao. You think different moves, different motion, different super moves = different styles. It's like you just read SF for dummie, or something.
Call me Nostradamus, because the pro players who've put in hours are already coming to the same conclusion I did 2 months ago lol.
In 2017, call me your SF lord and savior when SF5 gets the SFxT treatment, and we all get HYPE AS FUCKKKKK for the main game at Evo 2017: SF4! HNNNNNNG.
I'm sure you've won a ton of tournies and know shit inside and out, so I admit defeat.
I mean.. Xian and Infiltration seem awfully excited to play SFV when they're able, and are quick to say they can't wait for the SFV overlords to take over because they're tired of Matchup Fighter ZZZZ IV, but.. eh. Best game, etcetc.
And not mad. More amused? I guess? I don't get hating any game before it's released as much as I see you and some others, but it is what it is. I guess we'll find out what's what when it's out and folks are playing it outside of the limited beta/online training time.
You enjoy, mang! All you're becoming is what you hate; folks stuck in the past with Third Strike. It's fine!
Pro tip for you and Xian and Infiltration, both 0'9 pro players: every single fighting game in the past, present, and future, will have eventually evolve into a game of match ups at the highest level.
Free of charge, filthy casual. Take that pro as hell advice and git gud.
Welp, guess I'm swinging by the Capcom booth this weekend.
Though I imagine the line will suck ass
He has been more right than wrong the last couple of months.
Anyone can absolutely hate on the current product they are playing. Any negative or positive comments made right now is directly about the beta we are playing, not the final product. If the final product is the absolute business, fantastic. If they are calling this a beta, it won't be much different at all compared to the final product though. The game's release date is more about quarterly projections and stockholders than it is with coding development %.
For the record, I've said just as many, or more, positive things as compared to negative things about the game. Unfortunately, the negative ones are the areas that matter the most.
Vanilla Sf4 was a mess balance wise.. Balrog, Sagat, and akuma loops were not fun.... Let capcom it out
Balance isn't the issue some are having with the game. It's just plain boring.
haven't been paying close attention to this, but funny to see they actually added r mika.
glad i'm just a spectator these days, i definitely want the game to turn out good, but i have nothing invested in it other than watching tourney streams when the time comes.
Mika's gameplay looks pretty fun
Rainbow Mika Details
Spoiler: showAs an aspiring young wrestler, Mika dreamed of one day becoming a star in the ring, much like her idol Zangief. Training under the strict tutelage of her coach, she traveled the world engaging in random matches with street fighters in order to spread her name and popularity. R. Mika’s wrestling prowess will be on full display in Street Fighter V, as she dazzles opponents with a wide variety of high-flying moves. This time around, her wrestling tag-team partner Nadeshiko assists in the fight! By calling Nadeshiko at the right time using R. Mika’s V-Trigger ability, players will be able to set up sneaky attacks and punishing command grab mix-ups that are sure to deliver devastating amounts of damage. Players who enjoy putting on a stunning display of fear-inducing close-combat guessing games will find R. Mika a colorful and rewarding way to play.
V-Skill: Mic Performance
R. Mika pulls out her trusty microphone and gives a heart-pumping monologue to the crowd. The longer the buttons are held down, the more powerful her normal and special throws become!
During her monologue state, she is able to absorb one hit from the opponent and can also cancel the speech at any time by letting go of the buttons, causing her to fling the mic at the opponent.
V-Trigger: Nadeshiko (3 Variations)
Now this is wrestling! Depending on the direction held during the V-Trigger activation, R. Mika’s faithful tag-team partner will deliver a surprising, high flying attack at the opponent from different angles: neutral (body splash from above), hold back (dropkick from the front), hold forward (dropkick from behind).
The different variations keep opponents guessing and afraid to hit buttons, perfectly setting up R. Mika’s damaging command throws.
So um what is ryu vskill suppose to do? When I press middle kick + middle punch all he seems to do is defend ( with or without vtrigger activated)
It's a parry.
