Basically, it means if your SRK is blocked you are going to take 50-60% damage in this build.

I like that concept(BB has that, not sure if GG does) but I'm not sure if I like it with the rest of SFV.

Everyone already does big damage and there's no way out of a DP once you commit to it so a big punish is already pretty much guaranteed, I don't think they need to make it do even more damage.

Once you're in blockstun you're basically fucked unless you V-Reversal, and those both cost meter and can be baited.

I thought they scaled back damage after the beta build.

Still, this is scary. Means Ryu can get CC st.HK > SPS > st.MP > TC free.

It's a possibility looking at this old list. I'm guessing Dhalsim was cut, and Zangief was cut in favor of R. Mika. Still gives Juri/Alex/Urien/Laura/Zen as reveals.

edit: and one of those I listed cut as well if it's truly 16 characters. Ono is a huge troll, though. Could be bigger than they're letting on.

The long overdue reintroduction of a proper character who needed to come back.

CFN sounds pretty cool with the "designate a rival" bit and being able to monitor their performance.
