Wow! I was just on my way to paradise for a converter when I read that... saved me 35 bucks!

I bought mine last week.

Prediction: within a couple months of release sfv will be called dash fighter 5 with the majority of the high level footsies including dashing in and out of ranges.

Even though it's hideous I'm going to give their new fightpad a try, since the design of the dpad kinda intrigues me.

Totally off topic, but I got an Xbox One Elite controller. That D-pad is the end-all, be-all of pads. Too bad no SFV for those users.

also i've been using ds4 controller since MKX came out. I like it (coming from a ps3 to xbox 360 back to ps4 pads). imo the ds4 fixed everything wrong with the ds3. Xbox had an ass default d-pad but i still manage to make it work for me. (sf4 inputs were hella forgiving). Only thing i miss about 360 controller is how it was a bit wider also the jewled buttons. felt like it took less pressure to hit ab/xy. May just be me tho

I can't get used to the swapped placement of the dpad and left stick on Xbox controllers. They improved the dpad a shit ton on the Xbone controllers but the placement is still awkward. Probably why I've never invested much time in KI since I never wanted to buy a stick for one game.

I honestly like the DS4, but I'm not going to use that in a tournament environment due to the lag added from being in close proximity to other controllers, so just going to stick with an FC 4 or maybe the new Madcatz one.

sick! definitely didn't see that coming. i was planning on ordering a converter for my SA stick tomorrow, guess that won't be necessary after all.

i really don't mind the HRAP4 at all, i was surprised at the quality of the new proprietary parts. i really dislike the plastic casing though, there's no way it will survive a full console cycle intact lol. might as well use that converter money to order a few replacement buttons as backups. here's to 6 more years of savage controller abuse!

It's not that i totally hate my hrap4, i gutted it completely and switched it to full sanwa. It's just that gap between the stick and buttons that still throws me off.

Cdkeys is selling the game on Steam for $36. I would jump on that. This game looks MUCH better on the PC than PS4.
