Are we sure on that though? Hit was extremely strong and kept improving throughout the fight and wasn´t he only said to be like #5 of the overall strongest fighters in the multiverse? Guessing Gods and other Deitys probably don´t count.

True style or not, he had to improve his time stop (by well over double the length) to fight with Goku, so that says at least something.

I wouldn´t count on it though. Definately expecting the "Raidboss" of the next arc to be at least on Fused Zamasu level or higher. Also think if Vegetto does indeed get defused (which is going to happen 100%), it´d be about time to introduce SSJB2 or whatever next form for Goku and Vegeta. Now while I know Toriyama said "no more new forms etc" SSJB is kinda getting old and new forms also provide an easy way for enormous power spikes.

It's always said something. It's not fair of us to essentially say only the Z (suppose Super now) Team is capable of improving during battle. Regardless of semantics, it's ignorant of us to simply assume there aren't stronger beings out there when we've only witnessed 2-3 universes out of the possible 12. The point of the series is escalation and if anything, it's one great point it excels at.

1 of 2 things

A. Bad writing. The universes adding to equal 13 was stated before the 18 universes thing, so they may have not thought of 18 universes until after the fact; but said fuck it and went with it anyways.

B. Zeno is another case of Monaka. Hyping him up and giving him feats that didn't actually happen and making him seem stronger than he actually is.
