Yeh I often wonder and am frustrated when thinking about this.

DBZ, being such a massive massive massive franchise with tons of worldwide fans, and yet for Battle of Gods everyone had to wait what is it, a year? Before the English version and probably other versions were released. And even when a Blu-ray/dvd did come out, it was Japan only for a time being and day 2 or 3 it had copies floating on the internet for the masses that are not in Japan and who were only drip fed trailers/reviews. I understand some license issues and whatnot are probably in the way, but had they made some sort of a worldwide release on the same date in theatres (at least an English dub)

I can't help but wonder what the hell they were thinking.

They were quicker on the ball this year at least, but still too large of a gap.

I misphrased it, but what I meant is during the time he goes with UUB, you just know he doesn't have those abilities. (of course if he had them he wouldn't use them on UUB lol).
