This is also one of the more refreshing episodes, the fact it wasn't based directly on the movie and such. (edit: not checked the manga so i'm unsure about that)

Next episode also seems fun.

Because it is, more or less at least.

Old shows like DBZ were hand drawn and then animated by a team of people, usually one man for each episode.

Now it's all digitally rendered and chock full of CGI.

Also by different teams. That's why some of them looked amazing and some episodes were much further sub par. Every other Cell saga episode of them fighting in the ring was either amazing or crappy depending on which team drew it lol.
