    the white haired green kai in the intro is possibly a Makaioshin and he slipped back to the past when Trunks time traveled. He will fuse with Goku to become Black Goku...the reason I personally believe the white haired Kai is the enemy is because there was a comment a while back from Toriyama where he talked about SSG colors and he wanted to do White but he said it would clash/be confusing because he had another enemy in mind with white hair or something along those lines.

    There were times when he didn't seem to have a body, could he have merged with his spirit instead? We know the afterlife in DBZ allows for people to keep their bodies.

    Without giving too much away, the two movie story lines make up about 25 eps with a couple of filler eps in between each arc. The pacing is a bit slow at first, but it does improve after a while. Certain parts took longer than necessary, but that's just me.

    Wasn't that his first time? Could just be that Goku has gotten better at sensing from that distance. Also Gohan was pretty tattered/fucked up when he was doing that

    Honestly, given that Gohan is a little bitch and kid Trunks has Vegeta for a father, I wouldn't be surprised if Trunks has been training occasionally and is in fact stronger than Gohan at this point lol. Heck, even Goten spends tons of time with Goku, he probably trains all the time with him too.

    Should I watch the movies and then start super from ep1, watch movies and skip ahead to 25-28 of super, or watch super and not the movies?

    Movies then to 25 is fine.

    All of it if you just want to gobble up more DBS and want to see terrible animation in some parts.
    edit: some fillers you'll miss if you enjoy fillers, there's some funny stuff there

    Super expanded on Battle of the Gods a bit (not in a good way though), but for Revival of Freeza it really didn't do shit.

    You could probably just watch Super and then check out the movie fights if you care about animation etc. But doing movies > super is my preference.

    40s to 50s actually. She is older than Goku. And yes Niiiiice.

    Edit: Actually she was an adult when Goku was a kid and Goku is in his 40s now so ideally she should be in her 50s/60s. But age has been very inconsistent with her.

    And goku was dead during 7 years after cell so he didn't age there
