Kamehameha? Could have been straight up bad writing. Goku could have taken up more of the force. Zamasu's immortal body may have weakened the blow to both of them, etc. Not to mention, Goku was already pretty damn beat up when he took the blast compare to Trunks who had almost no damage at that point. That one could go either way, but seeing as Trunks did no actual damage to either black or Zamasu, there's not much that is inconsistent there

All fair and valid points. Guess I just wish they´d be a little tighter with their writing. This arc and the ones to come had/have amazing potential but so far ,at least for me personally, it´s been a couple hype scenes with lots of meh and the fuck?s in between. Far as a place to stream these goes I usually use watchdbzsuper.com they have the most recent episodes up within an hour of them airing and the subbed version ~12 hours later. Zamasu looking into SDB is pretty plot worthy imo, as is knowing both these Zamasu are not the same person. I'm assuming he somehow gathers the balls, and wishes for something to make him immortal. Moving planets around isn't really in the realm of what he can do though, so how he acquires them is gonna be interesting to see.

Hmm I don't remember him specifically mentioning that. I just remember him saying he's acting as his mentor/Zamasu is his apprentice; but not that he was the one to choose him.

I could see something like that. Still GoD doesn't have earrings, and they're wearing them on the same ear so I'm guessing he's kai status for w/e reason, even if only "temporary" like Zamasu was when they were visiting the... human... dinos... w/e 1000 years into the future.

But all the GoD we have seen do have earrings. Beerus and Champa each wear a single earring. And the ring can simply be stolen or given to him by Zamasu.

*raises* I did a few pages back, but I have not great confidence in said theory myself. It still doesn't explain why Z is there or where Goku's body came from(since he was dead to begin with in that universe/timeline).

Have we ruled out that Black could be a Goku from another universe. I was just thinking that perhaps he could be from Universe 6. Reason being is that we don't know why the earth was actually destroyed there. It could have been because baby Goku landed there and executed his order as planned. I know they said it was an atomic war or something, but they could easily retcon something in. That could provide a Goku that would have a twisted mindset in comparison to how he turned out on earth.

This may have already been theorized before. It's been a few pages and I don't remember much about the conversation.
