Have we ruled out that Black could be a Goku from another universe. I was just thinking that perhaps he could be from Universe 6. Reason being is that we don't know why the earth was actually destroyed there. It could have been because baby Goku landed there and executed his order as planned. I know they said it was an atomic war or something, but they could easily retcon something in. That could provide a Goku that would have a twisted mindset in comparison to how he turned out on earth.

This may have already been theorized before. It's been a few pages and I don't remember much about the conversation.

Just blow up the damn planet. We know Beerus has no issues with doing so in eradicating an entire species. Champa has stated the same. This is what leads me to believe Black isn't a GoD at all. Zamasu's obsession is just flat-out weird and again, seems to spit in the face of the whole "balance between creator and destroyer" gods given to us early in the series.

People are forgetting Trunks is from an alternate future in U7, there's no reason to think the antagonist are using anything from any universe except 7 or 10. Unless they used the SDB to do some universe changing nonsense.

This was pretty much already ruled out by Cabba.

Saiyans were peaceful on u6. They're still on planet Salad. There was never a Planet Vegeta, so with different life planet/species histories, it's super unlikely (both in common sense and mathematically) that you're going to get the same pairings of saiyans all the way down multiple family tress, to eventually get Goku.

Can assume that his direct ancestors (dad, grandpa, great grandpa etc.) as well of Vegeta's never were even born, yet alone Goku and Vegeta themselves

TLDR; Super unlikely a Goku even exists, and if he did, the Saiyans there are peaceful, so he'd be a peaceful Kakarot; he'd have never have been sent to Earth to be Goku to begin with.

As far as a funimation dub goes, it hasn't even been announced yet.

Chances are you'll hear Black's English voice first in Xenoverse before you ever do in the series.

There has been an English dub announced, but it's not ours. It's for another English speaking country (kind of like how DBZ had 2 or 3 dubs). I couldn't tell you which it is off the top of my head
