Nothing happened
Nothing happened
I think that can describe a lot of the episodes of super, a lot of nothing is accomplished and very little flashy battles.
Preview for next EP gives me hope for some extended battle scenes. Last couple seconds looked pretty good.
I have a theory on what might happen after this episode and things that seem hinted.
Spoiler: show
It's pretty clear that the pacing killed the hype. They found out a lot but never really had a plan to win other than forcing their way through. All the back and forth is annoying when they don't really do much. Build hype but nothing happens and it's over in 5 mins.
I dunno what's not to be disappointed about. Hopefully Vegeta actually does some shit.
Yes but each time they've gone to the future, they've learned some pretty important things. This is probably the last round trip they're taking, otherwise I'd agree nothing is really happening.
Next ep preview "Show them the results of your training vegeta!"
He'll just get shafted again haha![]()
Sigh. The fact that you´re probably right is just...tiring.
Hoping not since even the show completely shit on Vegeta...
Missed past few posts from this thread because I was behind. Just caught up.
I am waiting for Yaijarobe to come out of no where and take black's time ring off and defeat him. Pretty sure time ring will be his weakness.
Vegeta is gonna get his shit pushed in lmao
Still looked like he unlocked the next SSJB transformation through training. SSJB2 lesgo.
Well that was short lived.
Did some of the animation seem a little low in frame rate? I suppose it could be my network.
Yes, the animation was of noticeably lower quality all-around this week. A real swan dive compared to last week.
From obtuse model appearances in individual frames, to the doubling/quadrupling of frames to butcher framerate, to key transitions, to lip-flap sync (in native Japanese... unforgivable), to general lack of fluidity in character motions, to the liberal recycling of assets (Zamasu/Black's patented new seizure procedure) -- all of it was poor.
It became so obtrusive I couldn't even suspend disbelief, and the whole episode became an exercise of identifying all the places Toei cut corners to save cash.
Suspend disbelief, in an anime, in an anime in which people fly, shoot lasers from any hole in the body, and talking turtles, cats and dogs.
It was fine in both 720p and 1080p downloads. Maybe it's time to find better streams.

I had no issues other than the gundam esque repeat scene.
Not only the quality (partially), the choreography absolutely sucks dick in general throughout (from the beginning).
Also, due to the superior power of Black and Zumansu, it's like they are costipated for an all out fight. But everytime something good (a proper fight) might happen those 2 just wtfpwns them.
For all intents and purposes of this arc, this is very boring.
