Hey though, can you show me where you found this Info? I've been googling for a bit and can't find a decent information source on this, even checked the official help section in game and nada.
    https://www.reddit.com/r/MobiusFF/co...age_of/d66gajw

There are some confusing as fuck things that aren't explain well so here some things I learned.

    Combat Tips
-Each consecutive attack generates more elemental orbs so don't break your chain if you're after orbs.
-Attack effects your basic attack and your deathblow(limit break, special attack, w/e you want to call it) damage and break power
-Magic effects your abilities damage and break power but only if your job matches the type of your ability card. (So the strength of your warriors ability will be effected by your magic stat but only if your ability card has the little sword icon, if you equipped blizzard on a warrior magic would do nothing for it because it doesn't match the class.)

    Job Tips
-There are 4 classes Warrior/Ranger/Mage/Monk (Monk has no basic job) and within these classes are jobs (So Ranger class has jobs associated with it like Thief, Ranger, Dancer, etc)
-The jobs you unlock from the starter jobs are totally different from the jobs pulled from the shop! The Apprentice Mage can unlock Mage, White Mage, Black Mage and more through it's panels but they are not the real jobs and can be considered a sample. For example the Black Mage unlocked from the store has its own Panel with better stats and then can advance to its own exclusive jobs Archmage(Google translate name) at panel 4 then Magic Master(Google translate name) on panel 8. Beginner jobs become outclassed in content starting in chapter 3 so you do need to roll for a job by then.
-It can be considered a waste to use crystals on the starter jobs but you can obtain more through chest, events, and farm them from respawning bosses on the map.
-All jobs are made equal and which one you should use is mostly by preference, therefore it is best to pick one and stick with it. It should be noted you do get the ability to switch jobs later in battle.
-Event jobs like Soldier 1st class from the FFVII event do not have advance jobs but remain competitive with the other jobs. They are also still tied to class archetypes.

    Deck Tips
-1 and 2 star cards should not be used in your main decks they are for fusing 3* and above cards. Go to the ability shop and buy 3* if you're still using 1* cards in your main deck.
-Be considerate with how you fuse 1 and 2 star cards since they not only unlock skillseeds but also level up skills, the exp from fusion is just a bonus.
-Cards can be augments to one level above but only once. So if you evolve a 3* to 4* it'll be labeled as "*4+" which means it cannot be augmented again.
-It's important to stick with cards because they level up and determine your deck level which effects your stats, so swapping cards constantly isn't a good idea because you'll end being weak unless you grind them up.

Overall the game is super grind heavy but the gameplay is fun as fuck and has a assload ton of depth. RIP FFRK/FFBE.

What's the end game? Or the stamina eater? In RK, it's dailies. In BE, dailies you can unlock. I finished and cleared everything. Just farm whatever spots on hard?

farm the colesium in hard mode for 36 stamina. You get good xp and only place you can get lich cards(3* for all classes). Fuse them to raise ability. They drop mats too.

At the top of the menu in the Social section.

How do you get hard mode btw? I haven't seen any option for it yet. Am I missing something obvious or do I have to finish chapter 2 first?

Find myself wishing they had a fight multiplier where a victory would just clone the rewards however many X attempts of stamina you chose to waste. Blowing 50+ stamina at 4-6 per fight can take a while in Hard modes. x.x

And Hard is a toggle in the ETC section.

Thank you! I thought that may have been it but I wanted to make sure I didn't overlook any other spots.

Edit: Does the WoL have a level cap?

The one for the Mystic Tablets...? Yes. Absolutely, its a Cactaur farming spot, meaning Gil, Skill Seeds(for cards) or EXP farming, I think its the only thing that uses Mystic stones for a long time (or at all).

If you meant the Chaos Vortex or whatever, theres Treasure Chests inside but it feels unrewarding.

This is a great idea thank you. The first time I beat the final boss he dropped a 3 star ice sword which was nuts cause I haven't even see any other ice sword. Gonna farm these now.

I must be stupid because I still don't understand the card upgrade system that well even after reading a bunch of sites that talk about it. I have a vague idea of what the cards do but still no clue how combining them makes them stronger. It appears to be like weapons upgrades in FFRK where you combine 2 or more weapons to create a higher level version of those weapons but only to a certain point before they cap out, but exactly what on them gets stronger? And what are the best cards to combine onto certain cards, for example the Yuna healing card? Because it seems you can combine not only the same card together but also cactuar and other upgrade cards...it's pretty confusing.

Some in here have said that advance jobs you pull (with 6x summon tickets?) are much better than the base jobs, but is it worth spending 6x summon tickets on drawing one of them right now or would those be better spent on drawing ability cards?

Job cards are much stronger than starting jobs. We do get better jobs later, but the current jobs will still be possible to draw, so if you're unlucky enough you could end up with one of the current jobs.

Honestly, they're still pretty decent and can get you through chapter 3 when it releases, and you can't pull a duplicate. So if you were to pull now you can get through harder content for a while and have an increased chance of pulling a better job later.

I've read that these jobs will be buffed eventually so they're really not bad. I'm just waiting for Dark Knight before pulling.

Even if they don't get buffed they're still good. They also get access to jobs you can't get outside of them. Ranger get access to Explorer at panel 5, for example.

    1) Simply combining any card together will you give some EXP relative to the sacrificed card's level.
    2) If the card is the same element, you'll get a % chance to upgrade the base card's seed count. Stacking more improves those odds if not 100%.
    3) If the cards are the same, they then offer a % chance to upgrade that card's listed ability. This goes on to improve aspects of the ability like attack power and potentially unlock on what you could call synergy bonuses that affect each ability in whatever way they choose. Like seeds, however, abilities also have a capped level, so you can't upgrade a card's ability infinitely.
    4) Cards can be upgraded to their next tier of rarity with the right components and gold. Some come from boss fights, others seem to be exclusive to the shop/rewards. Main benefit here is increasing the card's individual level cap relative to your story progress.

Overall, #3 is both the most complicated, yet arguably most important aspect of it. Something like a fire ability could gain the chance to spawn an additional fire orb when it's used, thus making it easier to spam. Or some abilities go on to be better at facilitating breaks. Buffs can get an extra turn, and so on. If you happened to follow the advice of some others earlier and spent like 9 ability cards on a maxed shop card, you skip the process of #3, however, as they come out maxed in their ability/synergy. Downside of this method, however, is you can't upgrade it to the next rarity tier, like 3 > 4.

Once you think you've settled on your main class, prioritize upping their seed count. If you're looking for a specific element, a good idea is to boss hunt that particular type. Most are either at or 1 node away from teleport points, but there is the occasional exception. A lot of the boss cards are just fodder, but they do carry slightly higher % chances. The bosses themselves can also drop some component mats for #4, though they can be used for decent seed growth chance, too. Cactuars are just EXP/Seed helpers that don't care about elements. They're incapable of improving an individual card's skill level.

Once you're done with the story content, I'd advise trying to put together some decks for specific seed generation. Ideally you'll want them to favor your main, but sometimes it can't really be helped. From there, just try to run hard bosses you can handle in ch1, leveling said cards along the way. Through this method, I have a deck that frequently gives over 100 water seeds per fight, as an example, with like 10-15 light/dark seeds on top. If you're fighting something your current build doesn't have a weakness for, or is even strong to, that's where renting someone else's card comes in handy. Of course, this process gets time consuming even with 2x auto once your stamina pool gets up there. The arena may hold some unique cards, but it's not good for seed generation.

I would like to point out that this is not true. The reason you can't upgrade those cards to rank 4 is not because you used that method, it's those cards specifically that can't be upgraded. Any card with a "+" after its rank (eg. 3*+ in the case of Salamander, Yuna etc) can not be upgraded to the next rank, no matter in which way you acquired it, even if you bought it at the normal cost of 3 tickets. Buying Ifrita with a max boost allows you to still upgrade it to rank 4, for example.

Additionally, you do not need to combine the same type of card to increase the ability level. Various 1* and 2* cards have the same ability as normal cards, only a "lesser" version of it. For example, Mindflayer with Lesser Aeroja. You can improve the rarity of these cards to 3* through augmentation and get a Mindflayer with Aeroja, which can then be fused with your main card to level up the ability. So you can fuse ANY cards with the same ability to improve its level.
