I actually had a vaguely similar idea. The idea was to yank posts that were particularly irritating to me as a mod and slap them in a sticky in the Youtube section as a sort of warning not to do whatever made it annoying. I was going to call it Bane's Shit List.

Alas, that was before I got my full mod powers and learned how the infraction system works. I still might do it, if I find something that irritating, but now that I can actually slap people I find I am much less irritable in that regard.
