Once I got to middle school most of my lunches came from bodegas. A dollar for a ham and cheese sandwich and a quarter for a juicy lets go!
I enjoyed school lunches. Tomato soup and grilled cheese in elementary school, the square pizza in middle and fucking burgers that were half-decent in high school. Not every day, but tasty.
This is pretty accurate as far as I remember.
Nice
I can see a private college/university being able to require that, but can a public one?
Key phrasing is that the vaccines are FDA approved, not the current EUA. Similar circumstance with the US military unable to force troops to take any of the vaccines.

New York City public schools will no longer have snow days. Remote learning will occur instead of a cancelled school day.
Come now surely you saw the writing on the wall once schools had remote learning infrastructure up and running. Our new contract with the district states that we get paid for all virtual learning days so bring on all the paid days off.

Yeah, it seemed inevitable to me, as well. Just makes me glad I grew up pre-2k where we had that, but also didn't have to have shit like shooter drills and metal detectors at the doors.
Only a matter of time before they say no sick days either, and that if you stay home while sick you need to remote learn or be counted absent.
