    PVP pissed me off tonight...

99% of things in this game reset at 8pm eastern... apparently weekly Colosseum reset is at 7pm eastern, so I didn't end up having my next ticket until 10 minutes after the reset. I ended up placing at 30.22% for the week, so I only got 20 jewels instead of 30. I was at ~28% after I had finished my last ticket for the week, then got knocked out by the late runners.

My new favorite PVP team: Dart, Robin Hood, Maria(leader), I only lose on very random occasions if I get really bad blocks.

I ended around 28%, got my 30 gems :D It was too much damn work, though, while I enjoy playing this game a ton, it's starting to feel like a chore. Dunno if I can put that much into colosseum again this week...

Also, I really want to make that team, but I didn't have a proper team to take out black & white last week, so I gotta wait until next week at a shot to get Maria.

Currently running Leon/Mew/Sasquatch, transcended magic storm kills almost everything. The one thing that reliably kills me is R-9999. Fuck that character so much, always targets down and kills my Sasquatch. And fucking fire rain. Teams with a high level Alex can also be hit or miss. Also, bad blocks. I also don't dare even attempt to try playing against the dart/maria combo anymore lol. It's not perfect, but it got me <30% this week.

I'm about 10k away from 6 starring my Alex, so I'll throw him in over Leon and I think that should help out a lot. Currently training up D'art and Robin hood, should have them 6 star'd by the time I can get Maria.

Now to wait until the next premium contract event so I can blow my gems. Sigh, what a worthless mechanic.

I hit a wall the past few days and I'm not quite sure how to get out of it.

I have 5* Leon and Giparang with 4* Woompa as my main progression team. I'm up to 4-17 normal and I just can't seem to beat the the bosses. One of them is a Hunter with Consecutive Fire that eats through Leon like he's nothing leaving my two back row guys to eat it within the next few seconds.

I think my problem might be with Giparang, though. I usually keep 3 of his blocks stocked with a Special for the start of the boss battle. I always get them to about 20% before I can't push the damage anymore. Was thinking out waiting to Promote my Woompa and to instead Promote Archon just to get more damage out.

I find I have the same problem with Colosseum. Can;t quite push the damage out and get destroyed by similar level teams; usually with some form of R-9999 or Hanzo.

    Any advice/ideas?

Use friend characters to clear normal mode.

Hard mode level 1-6 is a very easy level that gives the best gold/meat ratio in the game, as well as a decent exp rate.

Abuse that level for gold and exp, choose a team composition you want and go with it. Farm as much bread as you can while the bread dungeon is open, and promote your characters.

Edit: also note this is even more applicable if you're only on ch1 hard mode, because you will only get quests for ch1,meaning more money. Later on you get the other chapters as well so abuse that perk while you can.

Thanks for this. I completely forgot about using friend characters. Finished Normal mode and am leveling up my Leon and Archon. Went with Archon over Woompa to promote. Think I'm going to try to find another healer character like Mew or something that would let Archon's Electric Ball proc more often.

Yeo or whatever her name is, if you get her, 5 star her to unlock the priest energy ability - it creates 2 leader blocks, and at level 2 gives 15 sp to the leader.

Mew unlocks another ability, its a party heal and gives defensive buffs for a short duration. Mew is more of a single target healer, tho. Works good if you're using a tank like Alex.

Both are good, depending on what you need out of your healer.

Personally, I would suggest trying to get Maria next week in the black and white dungeon.

She has really high hp, and her party heals are frequent and strong. She removes debuffs and gives a short immunity to them. Also something about if another char uses a 3 block while getting healed, Marias next heal is auto 3 blocks. Not too sure since I don't have her yet. Maria d'art and Robin is the current FOTM team.

Is there any advantage to 6*'ing characters like Gipa and Yeo to unlock the second level of that high tier skill? Or does it not make enough difference to use your time and resources on them?

    Don't bother.

Also that's not a requirement. You need to have 20 different characters of that class to unlock the 2nd level skills.

Only reason would be for completionists sake, so I wouldn't bother while I have much more important things to do.

I'm building up my Archon/Mew/Alex team and have everyone 6* but mew. Should I 6* Mew first or try to transcend mana recycle on Archon?
