The point Person 1 was making was that if you can do a colonoscopy via webcam which is a highly intrusive procedure simply by swallowing a small camera, then why is it such a trial to do a gynecological visit via webcam considering it would involve the same usage of camera being inserted into orifice broadcasting over internet. How in the world do you expect a doctor to determine fetal age via a webcam? There's really nothing in common with colonoscopies here, it was a very poor comparison and the guy should have just called it out rather then playing coy.

Unless medically necessary I see no reason why people shouldn't be expected to actually physically go to a doctor to have an abortion. The goals should be to make that easier.

The "same usage" would be swallowing it. His point was to prove that its a completely different thing, and should not be compared to a colonoscopy.

It was a joke because SJWs often compare EVERYTHING is actually worse or equivalent to rape. Twitter harassment? Rape. Asking you to defend your self proclaimed ideals? Rape. Killing a female player (not even player character, the person holding the controller) in a video game? Also rape.

I don't equate drunken sex to rape, and I will argue with people (read: SJWs) over that rule of semantics. I've said it enough times, I'm sure everyone knows it. Rape is not about sex but violence, however, it is a crime that is sexual in nature. A twitter attack is cyber-bullying, but not rape. That tumblr post was not rape, and doesn't equate to rape in the slightest. Anyone who would claim that is an idiot. Even if they're joking. Joking about rape is not, has never been, and will never be funny.
