There's nothing objectively beautiful about the natural female form and we only like to look at it due to our baser instincts to fuck.

The male form is objectively beautiful and admiration of it is indicative of a more sophisticated, cultured mind.

He's not making any kind of new or weird argument really, this is the exact reason why the ancient Greeks glorified the nude male form, did a bunch of "gay" stuff, etc. Appreciation of male beauty was a sign of sophistication while the female form was seen as basic and vulgar as attraction to it is purely instinctual, and thus nothing special.
