Saw it yesterday, the theatre was packed. The movie was loud, fast, and a visual spectacle. If you're low energy/low testosterone, skip.

A co-worker saw it thru some early screening with Amazon Prime. He is a DC fan boy but recognizes most of the movies are trash. He LOVED Aquaman. Said it might actually save the DCU. So take that for what it's worth.
^EH, if it makes money, DC will be happy.
I just saw Stuckmann's review and he described it as a 'throwback to 90s action movies/cartoons,' and it was. So if that was your shit back then, you'll probably like this. It was six of us and we all liked it, twas a good time.
*studio audience laughter*
Pretty sure they're only doing solo movies going forward. I'm sure the money made from this will green light a sequel, but that's it. Unless the rumor is true that Flashpoint, which is in development hell, will reboot the DCU.

It was enjoyable. WW level to me.
I concur. It was as enjoyable as wonder women. A really fun movie to watch.
Pretty standard story but the overall execution of it was well done.
They made Aquaman cool again! Granted Jason Momoa is 80% of the reason why but still a good movie.
Watched it in IMAX and left entertained.
Solid 7.5/10.
Good eye candy, visuals were colorful to say the least.
Yeah there's eye rolling moments (looking at you drumming octopus), but not as many as I would've thought. Action/fight sequences at times felt a bit matrix-like, which isn't really a bad thing but they could have mixed it up a bit more.
Saw it and liked it. Was some pretty visuals and cool looking monsters. Didnt look at the runtime and was surprised it was 2hrs and 20mins long.
Was definitely surprised at the length as well. The visual effects and the cinematography of this film were an absolute delight. Visually speaking it might be the most impressive super hero movie.
Pace was uneven at points and dialogue was nothing to write home about but there's a lot about this movie to enjoy. 3, maybe 3 1/2 stars.
The most unexpected thing about it for me was how much it felt like I was watching an 80s movie.

I wanted to see it this weekend but couldn't find the time.
Was pleasantly surprised, and also sad because THIS is how they should have started the DCU.
Ummmm is no one going to address how every main guy in the DCEU is a momma's boy?
At least her name wasn’t Martha, or we’d be in trouble D:
Took the family last night and we all enjoyed it. My wife felt that Jason really isn't a good actor but damn he looks good as aquaman. I liked the underwater action scenes alot. Kidman is fucking ageless
