how do you not?
not finding transgender people attractive = transphobic
not finding whatever skinned toned people attractive = racist
not finding same gender people attractive = homophobic
it's where this conversation is and the only way to win this wokeception world is to sleep with everything that moves.
Actually, to Rhyis, sexual preference wasn't a learned trait last I was aware. If you just don't like dudes that's an issue completely divorced from why you find someone you would want to be with attractive. My assertion is that the things you find attractive in your preferred gender are often shaped by outside forces.

you're right. it is retarded... and that's literally the conversation we are currently having. maybe you've missed it, i dunno
Why do y'all keep him around the novelty wore off a while ago.
I don't want to say it's impossible to look back through history at its different points and see what has been viewed as attractive, from fashion to hairstyles to tattoos to neck ring stretching to Chinese foot binding to whale bone corsets to huge tits to boy-like physiques etc etc across all space and time and civilization and say that attraction isn't shaped by societal views, but it wouldn't be the argument I would want to take up.

Milkster thinks that he's just being "blunt" and straight forward and that's why everyone hates him and disagrees just because it's him posting, but it's really not.
There actually is a substantive difference between what AG, archi, Zealot, and I are saying vs. what he is saying. The details matter but milkster glosses over all of that in his zeal to call people shitty and bigoted because they aren't as woke as him. He later then clarifies himself, but by then everyone is rushing to call him libtarded and everyone has drawn the line as "Milkster vs. sanity" so anyone trying to explain something get treated as retarded because we're not bashing Milkster.
as previously discussed, i don't read your 3 paragraph long shit tier posts. you were agreeing with milkster at some point which is why i said it. i used your name because you were agreeing with milkster. if you disagree with milkster feel free to say so. otherwise i fail to see what you're talking about. i have no idea why you continue to derail just to take stupid quips at me, if you don't have something to add to the thread which is discussing how you're a transphobe if you wouldn't fuck a trans, stop posting.
there is no confusion, you're arguing that if someones sexual preference does not entail trans people/specific race people they are a transphobe/racist while simultaneously saying that a republican senator fucking mexican dudes is a homophobe. i'm also still totally confused on how sexual preferences are the deciding factor on if you're a homophobe/transphobe whatever. obviously a straight man doesn't wanna fuck a dude, does that make him a homophobe? i don't think anyone that's posting is against trans people getting laid, trans people just might not fall under the categories of people they want to fuck, similar to how a guy/girl is not in the category of what they want to fuck
no one is confused, just no one appreciates your shit take for a lot of reasons, to clarify so far we've had:
1. don't like fake boobs
2. can't get past it being a dude
3. wouldn't hook up with someone who can't have kids
4. don't like penises/vaginas in the case they have not done a bottom switch.
5. extreme mental illness in the trans community
that's what i'm remembering without going back through several pages
Did we mention that plenty of transwomen have real tits

I'm with you now but you were bringing up almost the complete opposite of what I was saying. If you don't find x attractive you are x-phobic =/= our attractions are largely based upon our cultural experience and it's worth acknowledging that when thinking why we don't find someone attractive.

I am not a member of the above demographic, but I think I'd still have a multitude of barriers to break down before entering into a relationship with a trans woman regardless.
Probably the single biggest barrier would be the pervasiveness of moderate to severe mental illness in the American trans community. Yes, that's largely a response to American society itself, and I am extremely sympathetic to the situation many trans Americans find themselves in, but that doesn't mean I'm eager to take on a partner with that much additional baggage. I've been in long term relationships with women with depression and anxiety disorders, both treated and untreated. It's not easy. Untreated mental illness is now an absolute dealbreaker for me in romantic relationships and even treated mental illness gives me pause - largely because there's always the risk it will become untreated.
The mechanics of sex are also going to be different, even after surgery. I'll be honest, I'm a pretty big fan of the clitoris. If we find something that works for us, great. But at the least, the things I know I like aren't all going to work.
Ultimately, I think aside from people like Cichy (who aren't rare, but are hardly a majority of millennials - and who among us is dating boomers anyway?) the number of people of our generation who would actually not date someone specifically and solely because they're trans is small. Despite that, it's not going to be easy for trans Americans to date. There are other things that tend to come part and parcel with being trans which just aren't attractive to other people.
It sucks. I sympathize. I really do. I'm not white, so I'm already at a huge disadvantage on dating apps despite my 6.5" cock. Life just isn't fair.
The point zealot and AG are making is that the attraction is, at least partially, societally shaped. This can be demonstrated when we look at the evolution of the standards of beauty throughout history. It's not just about societies being more or less prudish throughout history, there were marked differences in ideal skin tones and body types throughout history. If we recognize that, it is a relatively short jump to posit that racism has likely influenced the difference preferences and ideals for different cultures in different times. In other words, characteristics of races of lower classes would be deemed unattractive -- i.e. dark skin.
Now here comes the important step. Knowing this, we should be cognizant and recognize how our own attractions and preferences and biases aren't just random and neutral, even if we are not personally at fault for the formation of these predilections.
The Milkster "woke sparknotes" version though is that you don't like black women it is because of racism, and you need to reject that racism in order to embrace black beauty.
Look, brevity is the soul of wit. But at the same time, complex ideas elude trite explanations. While AG, maroot, and I are all verbose and definitely far from 100% word economy efficiency, this is shit that doesn't get explained in one or two sentences.
It's eat your vegetables science and philosophy.
