Any of these candidates would destroy any of the republican candidates.

Yeah, Bernie basically won the debate with that comment in my heart at least.
Huge evasion on the whole on CC. Webb's only points for the entire night come from him standing up for Nuclear power.
Facebook.com/CNN has Sanders winning the debate by a land slide. Hopefully that points to higher poll numbers for him, he's doing great so far.
Half the damn constituents didn't know there was a debate tonight. And Facebook is kind of Bernies target demographic. All Hillary needed to do was not tank and she should (will) hold steady in the long term.
Debbie Wasserman Schultz earning that cabinet position in Hillary's administration.Half the damn constituents didn't know there was a debate tonight.
Who is this Webb guy? He sounds like Uncle Mike sitting on a stump around the fire, telling stories when he starts talking about his glory days in war and rescuing his wife from the evil communists.
"The guy who threw a grenade at me" hurr hurr
bernie sanders gonna have a bake sale after the debate
Sanders >= Clinton > Trump > O'Malley > Chafee > Webb's Wife > Webb
In fact I think Webb and Chafee are done after this. O'Malley got a lifeline.
Actually Trump won big as well doing absolutely nothing but retweeting nonsense. >_>
Yeah, in terms of anyone who gained anything from this, it'd be O'Malley.
Bernie needed to kick ass and take names outright, but he just did ok. The real question is how the public reacts now after seeing him in debate #1. I do not know yet.
Hilary didn't have any major gaffes, but didn't manage a knockout either.
CNN political analysts are saying Clinton walked away with the win with ease. They are crediting her experience on the national stage for that win.
Essentially the problem is that between the five of them, minus Sander's hyper left views and conservative gun policy, there's not much of anything that differentiates them at all. So then it becomes a topic of talking to the DNC on how they could be electable.
I knew Sanders would get attacked on the gun debate. It was so obvious, but Sander's didn't prepare for it at all. Kinda a crazy oversight to be a Senator for a state with the most lenient gun laws and not prepare for such attacks.
Pointing out Sander's hyper left views and saying nothing differentiates them doesn't work well in the same sentence D:
Well he does have them, this much is sure.
I personally believe the single most problem is the fact that Sanders is not only hyper left, but also brutally honest about it as well. You won't win any moderates by being so far to the left that they fear you are near Communist in your views. In general, they typically agree on most things (Biden too), so there really isn't much differentiating them. Sanders basically would lead off with some rhetoric, and most everyone in the debate would cosign. It does show the solidarity if how most Democrats think (outside most of dem Blue Dogs) at least, in comparison to the GOP which is essentially split into almost 4 or 5 wings.
I think folks could vote in a white male Jewish socialist, if we got a black Muslim Kenyan in office. You're reading into too much of CNN's talking points. I heard they were framing the Bernie email zinger as a Hilldog win lol
