Personally I think Jeb Bush will take it in the end. Though I wish it were Rand Paul, he won't be able to escape his father's shadow and win over GOP elite (mainly rich Jewish base) and the ever vocal War Hawks.

Even if he can't win, if he can get enough momentum, he can shift the conversation of the primary to some very important matters.

That makes sense, but like I said, I think less than a month ago, he said he wouldn't run unless he saw he had a real chance of winning. I don't think anyone aside from Warren has a real chance, and I honestly don't even think she can beat the Clinton machine.

Going to take a constitutional amendment, hasn't been one in, what, 23 years, and that was a stupid one about congressional pay (that was submitted 202 years prior...not joking). That's the only amendment ratified in my 35 year life.

tbf though, the state by state legislature march for an amendment isn't going too badly. Four states passed, and four half through in just the past month.
