When I worked with the Sheriff's office, I was participating in urban shield, which included going to the hot wash after and we always had a random keynote speaker. Last one I participated in had a retired politician (I want to say senator) and he mentioned everyone when they retire from it has to relearn how to drive since you always have someone else driving you around.
