Damn, 65% of California primary voters voted by mail in 2012, expected to be even higher for this race. Will be interesting watching how the count shakes out, especially since ballots mailed postmarked today still count, but won't be tallied for at least a few days.
Unless I'm estimating this wrong, the turnout in the NJ primary is going to be absurdly high. 2.8% of precincts reporting have tallied over 92,000 votes, which would extrapolate to over 3 million votes cast at that rate. In 2008 (an even more competitive primary) there were less than 1.2M cast.
(my extrapolation could be wildly incorrect)
With 3% in, Hillary up by about 20% in Jersey.
