Honestly? No. I'll still write Sanders in. A Clinton vote would be a wasted vote anyway in my state, so I will vote for the guy who actually cares about the average person after their vote is cast.

If Bernie cared about his platform, he would have dropped out. Senate Democrats are going to fucking eat him alive after they take majority this election. He could have a large stage to push his platform, but since walking the line is apparently below a man who lost a primary that wasn't even that close, he will be shunned. This is really the worst case scenario for him.

I've seen one logical argument against his policies which was about his stance on nuclear power, the rest has just been you guys upset about his supporters, or some socialist drivel straight out of 2008, which is somehow more annoying than his supporters. God forbid someone support their candidate till the end.

I liked the guy, I liked his passion, I liked what he had to say, but fuck me right, just another bernie-bro to some of you I would have considered "friends". Politics seems to truly bring out the worst in people.

You're doing a lot of stereotyping for someone complaining about stereotyping.

I liked Bernie going into the election. I still thought Hillary was the better candidate, but I definitely liked the guy, and I'd still vote for him in November without a second thought. He and his campaign changed my opinion of him, not his supporters or a fear of socialism(which is a pretty silly thing to throw around here- we don't have many conservatives). The guy refuses to play the game when it matters, but goes full Machiavelli at the end of a sinking primary. Do I think he actually believed he'd turn supers in time to shit on the voters? Not really. But the fact that he left the possibility open says a lot about his willingness to cooperate in meaningful ways.

So yeah, I still think the guy is immensely better than at least half of our country's options for POTUS, but given the choice, I'll let you keep your part time ideologue.

The problem is Bernie is not acting in his best self interest. If he and his supporters want the platform to have a significant voice in a Clinton presidency with a senatorial majority, he needs to drop, endorse Hillary, and cut the hateful establishment rhetoric.
