Keith Ellison tried to amend the official platform to be against the TPP, which was shot down. They ended up going with language that "there are a diversity of views in the party" on the TPP.

Basically they came out neutral. (Remember that Obama and many Democrats in Congress are for the deal)

I read the dissenting opinions for Whole Women's Health expecting to be outrage but they actually make some salient points about res judicata. Still glad this didn't go 4-4 like the immigration case, some people in my office worked really hard on that for nothing because there's no ninth Justice.

Anyone else think it's wild that there's a real possibility that if state polling holds, Hilldog will replicate Obama's 2012 electoral map exactly? Sure, NC is close for her and a few states (OH, PA) are close for him, but the averages show an identical map right now.

Really shows how entrenched political polarization is, if you can duplicate the map going from a black man to a white woman, and a moderate Mormon to Trump.

Clinton's policies aren't leagues away from Obamas, so it's not surprising the same people would vote for her.

Trump is a different species from Romney though, so this data does show at least one side is polarized to a point where fact and reality does not sway their positions.

(That's not saying both sides aren't, I'm just saying the polling only supports the latter).
