I mean we just watched hours of a slew of people on an agenda of protecting Blue Lives and marginalizing African-American lives. Swap the two and we basically have the DNC. No one will make the effort to bridge the idea that all lives truly matter without some small caveat in their individual speeches. Listening to David Clarke speak was just disgusting to me as an Independent, black voter.

I expected people to hit much harder on Hilary and her lies personally, as well as Obama's trade policies, and I was let down. Rudy Guiliani pretty much cleaned up shop and will be highlighted as the best guest speech in the entire convention, followed by Pat Smith for the most touching. I know tomorrow is supposed to be geared towards trade and the economy, but I'm pretty sure it'll just be more of the same of today.

You haven't been paying enough attention if you think the DNC will be anything like this sideshow. This is what happens when most of the major figures in your party decide not to come to your convention and you have to get C-list actors to speak instead.
