I mean, fivethirtyeight in general isn't very good unless it's actually Nate Silver writing. Harry Enten, in particular, writes some of their worst garbage.
That having been said, if a piece of particularly progressive legislation came across President Hillary Clinton's desk, I'm pretty sure she'd sign it into law. She's hawkish and pro-business, which are certainly turnoffs for a president who has to work with a highly republican congress, but if Medicare-for-all was passed in both chambers, I don't think she'd go "LAWL NO" and veto it.
