Johnson is pulling evenly from both Clinton and Trump for the most part, the only exception I can think of off the top of my head is Utah, where he is clearly pulling in a large amount of potential Trump voters.

from what i understood the utah voting base (i.e. mormons) generally have been extremely turned off from trump to begin with. they weren't voting for him to begin with so this probably hurts hillary more than it helps.

If serious - treason is the act of selling or divulging state secrets to a foreign power or the attempt thereof. The DNC, though a political body, is still a private organization and can run its own primary however it so chooses.

Edit: Also open rebellion, other acts of attempting to overthrow the current leader, that's treason.
