Thank you this is exactly what I meant. Not that some people like to go around pushing opinions like they are facts because their side can never be wrong and Hillary is a stunning and brave individual that doesn't make a large part of her voting base say well at least she's not Trump supreme court y'all! Look at me everyone I can be snarky too
That's kind of what I meant that really there is nothing to Trump. Never tried to say there was anything or that there really is a comparison between the 2. Just that Hillary isn't really a great candidate
I think you're confusing the reasons why we absolutely have to vote for Hillary with her qualifications.
List of Hillary's problems, imop:
* Too business friendly, in some ways
* A little too willing to address domestic and foreign problems with punitive measures
* Didn't properly respect the complexity of electronic security. Note: See next line.
* Is 69 years old (CDC life tables predict a 6.4% chance of dying in 4 years and 15% in 8 years)
* Stubborn
List of Trump's problems:
* Everything he says
* Everything he does/did
* Is 70 years old (CDC life tables predict an 8.7% chance of dying in 4 years and 20% in 8 years)
These people are doubtlessly more healthy than the average American, but CDC life tables don't include the many age-related illnesses that could render them incompetent (hi2u Reagan).
forgot "is a woman"
Qualifications matter, somewhat, but I would call you an idiot if you voted for someone whose policies you disagree with merely because they hold greater qualifications than their opponent.
There's a much better rationale to vote for her in this election than her qualifications. Honestly that's probably one of the poorer ones. Just vote for her because of the alternative. Let's be real here, if Trump hadn't stole the GOP primary we wouldn't even be having this kind of discussion because they would have probably had the election locked up by now. If you hate the GOP you should be building a shrine in Trump's image.
It's probably worth listing her general untrustworthiness as well, since she seems incapable of telling the truth in more then a few areas.
Hillary would've beaten every other candidate far easier than Trump.
This is another one of those things I attribute to the character assassination the GOP has done on her. Hillary is nowhere near as bad as most people in terms of lying.

Regardless of whether you think it's because of a smear campaign, it doesn't change the fact that 2/3rds of the country view her as untrustworthy.
Her continually refuting that she didn't do anything wrong in the e-mail case (didn't she just say something again today?) isn't helping in that regard.
No, but thats what politicians do. Trump does exactly that about like 90% of the things he says and then denies lol
something something Bernie
Trump is already working to delegitimize the election results in November.

you can put Bernie's trustworthiness up there with his status as an unapologetic ideologue for me. It does nothing but assure me he'd get less done
not because I think she's any more a liar than most anyone else in her profession, but because I know she's a good politician

And no one will end up caring anyway as far as the election goes.
during the primaries Trump performed considerably worse than Rubio, Kasich, and Cruz in hypothetical head-to-head polling with Clinton. while such polling is not terribly predictive i see no evidence that Trump was the strongest candidate the Republicans had and quite a bit to the contrary. his unpopularity remains unprecedented in the history of presidential polling and is negating what should have been an enormous Republican advantage given Hillary's own dismal numbers, his fundraising totals are dwarfed by Clinton's and even now remain far behind what Rubio, Cruz, and Jeb achieved in failed bids, and with only 100 days to election we still bear witness to a fractured party as Republican leadership and big donors and rank and file members all continue in their Donald defiance.
i've written on it before but the Trump insurgency is the worst thing that could have happened to the GOP. given the so-so state of the economy, Hillary's personal unpopularity, and the tremendous structural difficulty of getting the same party 3 straight presidential victories this was by far their best chance at winning a national popular vote total since 2004, and could have rewritten the electoral map had they put forth a successful national candidate who openly courted Latino voters and immigrants, as Jeb and Rubio did.
Of all the reasons to be against Trump, his wife posing nude isn't one of them.
Who cares.
