yeah no idea why anyone would think that.

i've long thought that once the big guns came out to stump post DNC (bill, joe, obama) and given trump's propensity to shit out of his mouth it would all hit critical mass soon enough. but it's been even better than expected with this khan stuff that trump has somehow managed to drag out for nearly a week, making him look like exactly the person he is and causing a ton of mainstream republicans to openly revolt.

imo this isn't even scratching the surface and it's gonna get really really bad for him in the not too near future once the GOP dissent starts really snowballing.

Because I thought that Trump had a hard ceiling on votes, and then the rest would obviously be a circus, but in the end I thought it would be relatively stable.
