Pryde of the X-Men was the shit. I had that on VHS back in the day haha. Scottish Wolverine was hilarious.

From what I read, it was the pilot episode for the FOX animated series.

That sucks. I always wondered if there were more episodes of it. I did enjoy the fox series but this one seemed a little bit better done overall.

Looking into it the animation studio (responsible for Spidey, Hulk, and FF) was sold after making the pilot and didn't have the funds to move forward with an animated universe so they scrapped it. X-Men was then later picked up and the new studios tried again.

Really interesting to note is that Marvel has been trying to do an integrated universe outside of comics for a while.

Actually, Fox tried a live action XMen series in the 90s, based on Generation X. Didn't get more than the pilot.

It got renewed. I didn't like it though. Except hte dude who plays Penguin; he is legit.

Young Bruce and Alfred are the worst parts. Aside from Jadas character.

Gordon and Penguin are legit.
