I don't know NBC's exact format for this year, but it's fairly typical to have 2 local commercial breaks -- 1 at the start of halftime, the other at the end of the 3rd quarter. My local had some good spots this year.

Wow I seriously feel bad for anyone who recently lost their dad, all these dad commercials would be really tough to stomach. Imagine if your dad died like last week and then the SB airs all these depressing dad ads.
