Lost in all this was 2 weeks of NL saying the Baltimore game was the real superbowl and the patriots were going to destroy the Hawks and it came down to swaggy pete having the absolute worst moment to have a brain cramp to win. At least the game was fun to listen to on the drive home from Anaheim.

if you wanna play that game then all it took was BB severely underestimating a player who had never caught a pass in the NFL before twice to even have the game be close at all. BAL@NE was still the better game homes

If you want to play that game, the game shouldn't have been close at all but SATB decided to channel his inner Sanchize and throw a horrible pick in the first quarter, and then another horrible pick in the third quarter. Game should have been over half way through the second quarter but the Pats were playing to lose.

Nope. I just know a lot about football and am right far more often than I'm wrong, unlike people who are slaves to the moment and media, who think stupid shit like the Broncos are `the class of the AFC` because they went 1-3 against New England since 2012, with their only victory coming when our entire starting defense + Gronk were on IR.

After next season starts and there's more to discuss than the Patriots, my haters will see that my NFL instincts are more right than wrong, and more right than most other people by miles. You may as well prepare yourself to get mad about that now, since you're always mad about everything.

So in short, I'm the kind of fan who actually knows WTF I'm talking about, even if I did underestimate the Ravens this year.

P.S. The Superbowl should have been more one sided than it was. The Patriots defense shut down Seattle for almost a complete half. A bizarre 29 second meltdown kept the score closer than it should have been, and it took a helmet catch v2 to even put the Hawks in a position where it would take a spectacular Butler interception to put them away. Shit like that happens in football games, which is why they can be so unpredictable. Flukey shit aside, I wasn't that far off the mark. New England decisively outplayed Seattle through out quarters 1, 2 and 4.

Also, Brady has the flu, which is why he looked like total shit before, during, and after the game. He still torched the LOB

Just remember, for every season Rodgers plays, Brady is far more likely to be in a conference championship, far more likely to win the Superbowl, and far more likely to do something more than make fantasy football players happy in October.

Rodgers got gifted a bunch of points against Seattle in the 1st quarter and did nothing. Brady had his defense give up 80 yard, 29 second drives, allowing 24 points, and still rallied in the 4th to beat them. (Rallying in the 4th quarter is an alien concept to Rodgers fans. Don't worry, he's still pretty damn good and I got nothing but love for him)
