I'd say grab according to what's least likely for him to clear/get first. Since you guys are progressing on A3S I'd get body, head and legs

i'd probably go body > belt > ring2 just because belts tend to have higher stat allocations but once you get into accessories it doesnt really matter than much.
edit: wasn't considering drops, so yeah octopus's advice is prolly better
thats what i meant. brainfart.
I want to farm T11 for the BLM coat glamour (with the buttwings.) How many people does it take these days? To stand on those switches to deactivate the walls, I mean - I know it's a strict "warm body" requirement even unsynced, but I don't know what it is, though I've heard it's reduced from 8.
The only absolute-minimum-mechanic I can think of is 3 for ballistic.
No reason why people can't hit multiple towers, the vulnerability effect was nerfed to the point where stacks weren't even that dangerous at level 50.
Beyond that it's just having enough healing/DPS, no idea how many people you'd need to make it manageable.
T11 not T8. And I just checked, you only need 1 person to trigger the pads now.
I guess my brain turned T11 in to T8 because it couldn't fathom someone wanting dreadwyrm gear for glamour.....
Is it worth levelling de synth on cooking? My fishing is at 50. And gf is levelling botany and culinary.
"Worth it" is hard to say, it involves predicting the future. Right now, CUL desynth is... not lucrative (that said, no desynth is super lucrative at the moment), but if they do like they did in 2.X and add glamour (swimsuits and the like) that can only be obtained from CUL desynth in the future, then it COULD become worth its weight in gold once more.
If you plan on being a hardcore fisher, then I would suggest CUL desynth. If you're just a casual fisher (yay I got it to 60, now I'll never touch it again), then I would not recommend it.
The advantages are its free, its super easy to get to 180 and you can get Grade IV materia at a decent rate. (gold and plat coins too) Skill Speed Materia IV you can get 10 an hour easy. Stuff like VIT IV you would be lucky to get 2 since that fish has conditions. Lately I've been getting Quickarm IVs (Hinderland perch, fish with Brute leech or get from a lvl60 retainer) and every 5 I just turn into the gob in Central Than.
You can also fish up Blue scrips at the same time as Hinderland perch making it a very nice place for scrips and gil.
Wow. Some great information. I'm going to continue with fishing and get cul desynth to cap.thabks BG. I may message you Taint.
Thabks BG ninjas.![]()
Dunno where to go with this, but does anyone know how often fflogs.com update their overall player score?
Shouldn't expect many similarities to Ff11, right?

Some ability names (though they may have different effects) and the 5 races are cosmetically similar. That's about it.
Oh, some monsters are cosmetically similar too I guess and there's minor references like the bosses in the Alexander raid using skills named similarly to the archae's skills in Alexander/Alzadaal in XI.
No camping right?![]()
Im new to healing in games and noticed some later game stuff there are two healers so how does each healer know who they heal?
@Ceberoth: None at all, however some activities require you to complete FATEs which is basically waiting around for it to happen (usually very frequently/reasonable) and then smashing the mob down.
@munkewuvsu: you share, that's all. If anyone is low, heal. If whole group is low, AoE heal. You can try to co-ordinate but that's not required unless you're doing the hardest content
R.I.P. camping. The only reason I ever played 11. And socialness of it. Thanks for the replies. Nice seeing old 11 names through these forums still alive and active, good memories.
