so much for the Dezter video seeing the light of day?
I"m not surprised, but I kind of wish Denver had tagged Orange Julius.
I really, really freaking wish Peyton would take a pay cut. Do you know who the lowest paid starting QB in the NFL was in 1998? John Elway. Why? Because he actually cared about the ring more than the win. Yeah, a lot of the payment was deferred, but he saw the window was closing, and new it'd be rebuilding time anyway-- which Denver's approaching now. So, put everything into it, NOW.
If Paypay restructured similarly, and Denver spent his entire deferred salary, Denver could certainly become players in the Suh Sweepstakes, could probably also retain Orange Julius, upgrade their O-Line, and sign their draft picks, and still have some wiggle room.
If Peyton really cares about the ring, this is what he would do. It's unorthodox, but it's not unheard of. John. Freaking. Elway did it. If he can do it-- if he can put up a contract so freaking imbalanced for his team's sake, so can Peyton.
It's gonna suck having another great September, October, and November, and then watch as [insert underdog team here] beats Denver again in the playoffs.
Who cares what his salary is in Denver, he's makin' that sweet Papa Johns money.
I dont know when it got changed, but I approve the thread title change
John McClain @McClain_on_NFL
Texans gave Andre Johnson permission to seek a trade. Told him he'd have a reduced role next season. He asked to be traded or cut instead
it's a yahoo blogger story and it's too good to be true but apparently the Eagles are shopping hanging with mister cooper and the jags have expressed interest
same story says Eagles are open to trading shady too
on top of the fact teams have expressed interest in foles

Nobody was even charged in the police report, there's not going to be a video .
How does the absence of a police report preclude the existence of a video?
