Exactly my point.
Not going back because I'm lazy. Tom's amazing legal team aside, if this ends up in a courtroom you do realize they can subpoena Tom's phone. Which if I recall correctly he has already refused to hand over. Legal recourse may not be the best option for Touchdown Tom lol.
Also. If Tom and the boys are innocent why were the two equipment lackeys suspended without pay? You would think that a team that supports their QB so strongly would also support two employees who have cooperated entirely throughout the investigation. Funny how that works...
Wtf are you trying to pull here Brill? Logic and reasoning have no place within these walls.
Just pointing out how foolish it was to actually take me up on the bet. Homerism makes for some amazing blinders.

So good.
Over/under on how many hours it takes for Giselle nudes to hit the web once Brady turns his phone over to investigators?
Why would he not just brick his phone before going into any kind of legal foray?
Because tampering with evidence is a crime?
Also, I'm sure they could get them from whoever his carrier is.
This would be a civil suit in which he would likely be the plaintiff and it would have to be subpenaed first before it would evidence or a crime. You can destroy at will before that.
I don't think cell carriers have that kind of information, as far as text message content/pictures.
The defamation is directly regarding information found in the report, which occurred at a time past. The cell is considered evidence at the time he's claiming defamation, so your first point is incorrect. Secondly, yes, cell carriers have past text contents. You can subpoena them. Cell providers are damn notorious for fighting hard for their customers and it's a real PITA to get those records.
Someone has stated this already, but there will be no defamation lawsuit. It's a no win for Brady. The battle will be over a suspension appeal. Brady opens himself up to too much for no gain in a defamation suit.
