See above post. The Colt balls PSI rises in room temperature while the Patriot balls are being tested. If you test the Colt balls first, and the Patriot balls second, you would get the opposite readings.

Got a chance to speak to a lawyer friend to clear up the point from earlier about deleting texts.

He said if Brady deleted texts, the NFL could claim Spoliation of Evidence. Short version, the courts can infer the meaning of the evidence against Brady and in favor of the NFL. It would basically allow one to infer that Brady deleted the texts because they contained incriminating evidence which could lead the case to be thrown out.
