That first Skins TD still makes me hard.
That first Skins TD still makes me hard.
Despite whatever bullshit the media comes up with to hype the league (like the Bengals being awesome in week #4, Luck being OP, Peyton Manning being the greatest, blah blah blah), there's only two fucking teams that matter in the AFC, and the Baltimore Ravens are one of them, with a championship pedigree and a tough fucking football team. Joe Flacco is clutch as hell, they're extremely well coached, and their defense always plays great football when it matters.
In 2015, the season will start and all the blow hards in the media will start spinning their bullshit. The Bengals will be awesome. The Colts will be the AFC favorites. The Texans will be looking for a championship.
Then fast forward to post-thanksgiving football and the playoffs, and it'll be New England and Baltimore again deciding the Conference.
Sorry you don't get it yet
In the Cowboys game, after the Dez drop, Rodgers got the ball back and needed to run out the last 5 mins of the game, and did so throwing beautiful passes for first downs salting the game away.
In the Seahawks game, McCarthy played conservative, Rodgers threw once in 6 plays (2 consecutive 3 and outs while up two scores) and by the time Rodgers got to touch the ball again he had to march to tie the game, and then never saw it again.
Rodgers didn't need two good legs to beat the Seahawks - he just needed any single thing beyond his control (don't allow two straight TD drives + a 2 point conversion and an onside kick recovery and another TD drive in OT / let the best qb in the nfl put the game away instead of hyper-conservative playcalling) to go right.
I still can't believe we didn't get the chance for Rodgers to put Brady in his place again.
Hey, once again, congratulations to Rodgers for having the same number of playoff wins in his own stadium as Eli Manning.
That's pretty awesome.
Let's come up with a cool name for the Bucs and the Titans, too.
Patriots, Ravens, Seahawks, Packers.

Jets, Colts, Cowboys, Broncos

Also Jets fans are stoked to be at that table
I'll allow it
Seriously, though, your team is fucking basement tier. You'll never watch them win a Superbowl. You may as well just quit watching football because it's never going to happen. Everything about the Jets is putrid, which is why the offseason is annually the funnest time for you every single year. Literally all you have to look forward to being a Jet fan is tabloid trash news headlines hitting the internet in May.
Like last year where Geno was a top 5 quarterback, your cornerback was the best in the league, you had the league's best defense and "the pig (Patriots) was ripe."
All bullshit, just like whatever fantasies your entertaining today.
Pure garbage.
You're like a Black Mage in a colibri merit party. Nobody wants you and seeing you just makes people annoyed.
