Incoming chest-beating post from NL about Brady's plans to sue the NFL if they don't get their way.
I mean, yeah, he's said it before, but now it's pretty much official.

Nice to meet you NL.Neel Tiku
The logic of the jealous NFL fan these days (particularly the Colts fans). They want him to be guilty so bad, and cry to the NFL, who can't prove it, even after blowing millions of dollars on an investigation and debunked science experiment. So now they are left to guilt trip people into believing he did it.. Saying, "you support cheaters," if you don't agree with me... Watching a losing team has made NFL fans so pathetic lately...
1. Does the policy actually say who it is applied to? Meant for and explicitly stated are two very different things.• The ball-deflation policy was incorrectly applied to Brady, as the rules were meant for club personnel and not players.
• Against the "general awareness" standard used by Ted Wells' investigators to determine Brady's involvement.
• If it is determined the ball-deflation policy did apply to Brady, the league failed to give him notice of the penalty, in essence making up the punishment with precedent.
• The NFL doesn't have proper techniques and standards for measuring deflation of footballs.
• Goodell should have recused himself as the arbitrator for Brady's appeal hearing.
2. They can argue it, but I feel this one has been hit on numerous times -- even by Brady himself in his pre-Superbowl press conference.
3. What does this one mean..? Is it saying there wasn't a predetermined penalty for this offense on the books, so Brady didn't know how he could be punished for cheating?
4. This one is still going on?
5. Then they shouldn't have given him the ability to serve as arbitrator in disputes like this during the last round of negotiations..
