Without an injunction he'd be serving the suspension and going to court solely to have game checks reinstated.

Yeah, I was reading something (or maybe it was on PTI) where a lawyer said, to have an injunction, he has to argue that it is likely he will win the case/appeal. This whole destroying the phone thing screws him in so many ways.
