So, minutes after the ruling dropped yesterday, the NFL filed a suit in Manhatten to uphold the Brady ruling. Why is this important, you ask? Because there was about a 100% chance that Brady would have filed suit in Minnesota with Judge Doty (Starcaps, Adrian Peterson, very pro player), but now it helps the NFL get the venue moved to a more neutral (less pro-player) court. So, the chances that Brady miss week 1 may be better than initially anticipated.

To be fair at this point I think it's less about Brady and more about the NFLPA wanting to fight back at Goodell. While they likely had a "better" case to use against him in the Ray Rice situation, they obviously didn't want all the negative press that would come from defending Rice.

Something as downright stupid as deflated footballs is the perfect case for the NFLPA to try and get back at Goodell.

It wasn't the choice of the Patriots or Tom. NFLPA was going to fight this with Tom's blessing or not.

That's where the NFLPA will file suit, but since the nfl filed a preliminary confirmation of arbitration award in Manhattan, there will be a jurisdictional battle.

No one will ever take the Falcons seriously. Ever. It’s cute when they make an NFC title game or a Super Bowl, but come on. No one is scared of the Falcons. If Patriots still go 4-0 with Brady suspended the reverse troll will be ridiculous. Idk why people forget that they won alot of games with Matt Cassel and only missed the playoffs in '08 cause the Dolphins wrecked face with the Wildcat in the regular season to win the division(and 11-5 is enough to not get a WC in the AFC some years lol).
