My main concern is about the draft picks, of this is all ruled nonsense is there any chance at getting them back?

I don't think so. This is solely in the realm of Brady/NFLPA. Kraft and the Pats themselves have no part in this anymore.
Redskins and Texans joint practice today had a few fights and the joint part was canceled, each team is practicing on a separate field now.
Game is on Sunday in the NBC SNF slot
Unless Deflategate brings down Roger Goodell, which is unlikely, I seriously doubt it. The haters and Jet conspirators in the league office are getting their pound of flesh for the Patriots 4th Lombardi.
On the bright side, we have previous 1st round picks that haven't had a chance to contribute yet due to season ending injury, so as much as we're getting fucked and cheated out of competitive FairPlay, it won't hurt us as much as the jelly hope.
Tiki Barber says Roger Goodell should be fired
http://tikiandtierney.radio.cbssport...ould-be-fired/
If the judge comes down on the NFL, it'll be interesting to see if Roger gets in as much hot water as he did with Ray Rice. He should be in more, since he's been caught red handed lying through out this entire process multiple times, but the country hates the Patriots desperately so I kind of suspect he'll largely get a pass for it outside of New England.“There is a rule of law,” Barber said. “That’s why we live here. The rule of law matters. Process mattes – and you can’t just change the process and think nobody’s going to find out. It’s almost like he’s got a dictatorship going on. What I say is rule, and I’m going to make it up as I go along and you cannot protest – and if you do protest, it’s going to be harder on you. That’s what this feels like and it’s not okay with me. I know some people will sit back and say, ‘Yeah, but it’s a private enterprise, they make billions of dollars, they can do whatever they want.’ Tom Brady has rights. The Patriots have rights. And you can’t just stomp on them because you have an agenda you may not be telling anybody about. . . .
Tom Brady was ambushed (CNN John Dowd piece)
http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/07/opinio...investigation/
Good article.Football, baseball, soccer and virtually every sport on the planet have one thing in common: They all have rules that are supposed to protect the integrity of the game. When rules get broken, everyone loses.
But when sports authorities don't enforce their own rules with transparency and fairness, the integrity of the game is equally compromised. What's happening today with the NFL undermines the concepts of integrity and fairness in the application of the rules and threatens to damage football's credibility for years to come.
The NFL's investigation of and rulings against Tom Brady, the NFL's finest quarterback, are a travesty, and they've resulted in uncalled-for penalties. And it's all based on a report that lacks basic integrity, fairness and credibility.
John M. Dowd served as Special Counsel to three commissioners of Major League Baseball in the investigations of Pete Rose, George Steinbrenner, and others. As a federal prosecutor, he conducted the internal investigation of the FBI and of Congressman Dan Flood of Pennsylvania. He is also the author of is the author of www.DeflategateFacts.com. Come on dawg, pretending like anyone but Tiki Barber gives a fuck what Tiki Barber thinks?

Tom Brady's touchdown history. Epic. Awesome fucking video for BG Pats fans.
The fucking GOAT. Best yet to come.
I suck at posting vimeo videos![]()
Ravens still categorically denying any role in alerting anyone about deflated footballs, or playing any role in any sting operation.
I sort of believe them. It seems a little petty for a team like Baltimore. They'll bitch and moan about ineligible/eligible receivers, but I just can't see the Ravens stooping to a Colts/Jets level of bitter jealousy. They have more self respect as an organization.
