So they traded down to 16 with the Chiefs and then down to 24 with the Lions. Chiefs gave them a sixth rounder and the Lions gave them a 5th rounder.

also i read that hicks is decent in coverage and he's going to be pretty deep on the depth chart at lb for the eagles anyway. not sure why they went lb there but whatevs, im ok with the draft so far. the cb they got in round two can play safety also (played there 3 years). some website made a big deal about chip visiting him in the last couple weeks so figured he was a possibility

im still not sure whos going to line up on the outside at WR opposite hangin with mr coop. most people seem to think huff is going to fill that role but i don't see it, rather see Matthews go outside

3rd/4th round is about the time when teams differ wildly on their opinions of players. that guy doesn't seem to be an outlandish pick so idk what you're freaking out about

Don't insult me by mentioning ESPN rankings as a team's road map. I'm speaking strictly positions of need (defense) when I said stay the course. I would have preferred best available DT, DE, or NT before we addresses OL depth. Not to mention Chaz had a 5th and 6th round grade and we took him in the 3rd. Not that that means much to me other than perception since I am not a scout. I have been wanting a good defense for so long and really wanted to keep the foot on the pedal. I wanted Carl Davis but the Ravens nabbed him the pick before.
