Same here. Actually that card seemed to make everything else so much easier for me. Got a late start with the cards and started the day yesterday with only 13. Got Onion Knight and suddenly I was able to win more matches and got to 30. Onion Knight's the only card I've gotten from a dungeon.

I'm sure this has been answered but -- if you only have the starter deck can you obtain as many high rating cards as you like -- but only place one of them? I bought a gold pack and got a 5* since then I've beaten king close to 300 times(286 times as of now) and he has yet to drop a card. I've run a few dungeons(althought not many) and haven't gotten a drop.

Am I getting cockblocked by RNG here? Or should I be going out and getting more shit 1 star cards.

Less than 30 cards: Can only use 1 card of 2-stars or more.

30 cards: Can only use 1 card of 3-stars or more. 2-star is now unrestricted.

60 cards: Can only use 1 4-star or more. 3-star is now unrestricted.

stopped caring too much about what rng decides to do for the day after getting 30 cards. in no real rush to complete my deck asap. i prefer the ffviii method of them maybe using the card, and having to win it from them, over this. even so, having a blast playing with the old and new rules regardless.

I got about 6 Baderons in 9 packs... A gerolt or two and a Mouinne or w/e. I'd take a cid TBH, don't have him yet.
