Finally hit 60+ cards earlier, but I still lack shiva card for my primal deck. Sitting on nearly 60 shiva runs over the course of last few days without card drop still. Really wish I knew if EX had a higher drop rate then HM. I also still never got Raubahn card but I might give up on that shit now.

I don't know why people insist on getting cards from duties when they're also NPC drops, because you're going to have to farm that NPC a ton anyway because of the other cards they can give.

edit: wait what, I just checked the triad site and it says Shiva is duty only but.......I swear I got one at some point.......bah maybe all the 8881 primal cards are just running together in my head, I'll check tomorrow

Shiva and King Mog are the only 2 primals without a NPC drop.

Seems more than a bit arbitrary considering there are NPCs that use both cards.

Sidenote: at least they were nice enough to not make the dungeon card drop rate atrocious, between the experience of myself and a few friends I've farmed with they're generally not godawful.

both my chars went within 3 runs of shiva HM to get cards so....

only did them for novus/ZW light bonus window too

anyone have a good deck for hab? was using momodi, miounne, baderon, biggs&wedge and a&a twins, but not that great of a win rate.

I have been REKing hab tonight. He wont drop hildy though.

Siren, momodi, demon wall, succubus, and Bartz

momodi firsti n bottom center, then siren in left center over his hildebrand, then succubus to retake momodi. then from there he usually sets him self up where you get a win/win situation to lock him out.

90% win rate.

Shiva's 4-star though so you don't even need her for a primal deck unless her particular 8/8/8/1 arrangement is better than the other 4-star primals and Bahamut's...

EX modes definitely have way higher drop rates than HM.

I went 0/90 on Garuda HM while farming zeta light. Today, I got garuda card from EX on 2nd run and another 2 runs later.

Shiva EX dropped card back to back for me after 3 runs.

Ramuh EX is the one being a dick right now. I'm like 0/6 on it.

I think the 5 Stars from Hildabrand storyline are the worst drop rates. I went 1/4 on Terra and like 1/20 on Bartz

Does anyone have a relatively successful deck for Swift? He's the last NPC card I have to get, and his rules more often than not wreck me. I'm curious what sort of strategies and cards people used. I've tried a bit of everything, and it's a pretty mixed bag of results.

The dude can fuck off. I got the 5* off him before leaving work. I farmed up hild since most were saying he was good for him, which he is, but the rest were scions. Bait here and there and pray his last or second last card won't fuck you over.

The quickest progression would be to get any 30 cards to get full 2* access (beating pushover/exploitable npcs, buying 500 mgp + winning 20 repeatedly to get the bronze pack cards and low cost cards from the vendor, dungeons, trials), then getting the four 2* 6662 beastmen cards, then beating 30 npcs for Squall, then using those 5 cards for a majority of the way towards 60+ and the rest of the cards.

I would avoid farming Swift, Rowena, and Landenel for their rare card until 3* access as your win rate will be rather low. Also, extremes generally have a higher drop rate than their hard trial counterparts if you have some friends to help and cards from dungeons are also generous.

Finally, a personally way I look at plus, which seems initially confusing, is to simply look at the differences between the cards you're going to try to plus and see if any card you have has the same difference.

Ex(Using only a row): For [1 A][ ][6 2], There is a difference of 4 between the A and the 6, so my card with [2 6] also has a difference of 4 and they're in the correct spots to plus (I've messed this part up several times). This particular example will show up often with 4 beastman + Squall. The hard part is figuring out all the possible plus combinations on the board with your remaining cards in only 30 seconds.

I really wish the game just displayed you as Blue on the left side a la when challenging NPCs even when you're facing another player.

After so many hours of grinding NPCs, when I'm made to be Red it fucks with my ability to play properly to a surprising degree.
