I'd say the anime is...
over 1/2 into the redrawn one punch man manga
1/4th of the badly drawn version

The anime follows the redrawn manga (although some little bits are a bit different/added into the anime)
the redrawn one explains a bit more/slightly different story from the horribly drawn one however.

Even if it's not your thing, I'd recommend to read up to current in the original and then the redrawn.

They're both good, it's better to say ONE's or Murata's.

Anyway, Murata isn't done with the next major arc yet. It's long as fuck and could easily cover a whole season. So I would expect a S2 eventually, but not any time soon.

I think they're up on batoto. But the other manga sites should all have them. Mangamint, Mangafox, Mangahere, mangaetcetc, just google one and I'm sure it'll have both.

The anime is stopping at the end of the Alien arc, so aside from some OVAs we have no idea if we'll see more.

I just got a notice today that Mangafox posted the latest OPM, so it's up to date there at least. The original (poorly drawn) is filed under "Onepunch-Man (ONE)".

Also, Metal Bat is quickly becoming one of my favorite characters.
