My only criticism is that the animation on the "strong brother" was really bad. Reminded me of the Nartuo tier animation. But other than that everything was beyond spot on. I don't remember any blatant other scenes where the animation was low, or even mid tier.

Fast fluid animation isn't bad, and even if it was it isn't Pain fight level (which is subjectively bad more than objectively). Feels like that's just a knee-jerk reaction save for the fact they did the same sort of animation later anyway.
