No, Geno's was worse. His had literal "DEATH" behind it and destroyed a fucking mountain. There's an audience behind this guy and none of them died.

What confused me was the weird moment where Saitama backed out of his punch attempt. Didn't look like his wig was about to come off so I don't know how Suiryu intimidated him.

He backed off because he was about to end the fight with one punch again, which he didn't want, the punch he blows his clothes off with he says as much to himself something like "Whew, almost ended it with one punch again, that was close!"

Didn't seem like it. The 2 instances felt very different at least 2 me. It wasn't fear like the end but something else.

Wig + ending fight in one hit. At first I thought it was something else then his punch confirmed that it wasn't. He would have easily beat the shit out of his kick with his punch.

I saw it more as Saitama saw Suiryu as a monster for that split second (hence the ominous picture frame of Suiryu) and pulled back to avoid annihilating him as opposed to a fear of being countered or something.
