So I just started watching the anime and kind of skipped to like chapter 40 in the manga. .. is there a fight with Garou vs Saitama? The last thing I saw on manga fox (I think?) was chapter 119 and Saitama and Garou have yet to actually fight.

It was weird because some of the chapters were 10 slides and some were like 40.

Where would be a good place to view the original one? (Unless theres a way on that website I'm missing?)

Yea the version most people are familiar with is Murata's. I haven't read ONE's version, but any of the usual manga sites that you can tolerate with their redirects/pop-ups will have it available.

Well that makes a lot of sense lol. I do like how they kept the original art style for saitama to emphasize when he's not amused lol. But I couldn't bring myself to read anything past the garou fight since I was curious on that. . .

It's pretty good for comedy and to show his natural kind of unseriousness but it also works out to basically make the entire rest of the show Sakuga the anime
