How long until we get there though? At this rate it feels like as many as 20 chapters; I was reading "backwards" from that moment, and not even this "sperm man" is introduced yet, so it feels like we got a way to go.

The two mangas are different though. Some basic things happen, but how they happen is different and the timing of things is also off. It's not impossible that it goes into a completely different direction by the end of the series. Maybe it's already there =O

Yeah its hard to tell when we will get there, the current "awesome looking" version, is telling all the in between stories the other version lacks. I'm sure by the time the "stuff happens" though, we'll be seeing the stuff from the other story (probably a little different but close, as it has been so far).

iirc Garou's power is basically megaman, except he just has to get hit by it. Anything he gets hit by he copies. When Saitama punched him he copied the ability to remove his limiter.
