beside money, Madhouse and director told them that they didn’t have the capacity to deliver another season until 2021. Remember this largely a Studio bones production and look how busy the staff are this year.

Sad. One of the best parts about the OPM anime (and the murata manga), is that they were so much better drawn/animated than nearly everything they are parodying.

I hope mob pyscho stays with bones, because they are killing it.

Reason for that is the first season was fully completed before airing the first episode, which is rare in Japanese productions. Mop season 1/2 is the same all episodes completed before airing but this is Studio bones we talking about and this is why Netflix partnered with them for anime on the platform.
